Operations Coordinator

Objectives:
- To effectively handle client’s ground transportation reservations globally.

Main responsibilities:
- Handle client or supplier queries by processing incoming email/phone reservations and amendments in a correct and timely manner.
- Advise clients on feasibility of schedules, checking for discrepancies.
- Follow-up on missing information to fully complete each booking.
- Provide quotes as required.
- Work with existing supply chain in cooperation
- Write detailed handovers to UK/APAC/US staff when applicable
- Flawless communication with all clients exhausting all channels to inform on live issues.
- Record incident reports in the system on time
- Record relevant notes on all control jobs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients and suppliers.
- Inform sales team of account progress and arising issues
- As part of a team be prepared to share workload of other staff in their absence.
- Probation: 3 Months
- Working Hours: Shift Patters
- Commission / Bonus: Yes

Requirement:
- Must have an exceptional eye for detail.
- PC literate, familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritising abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Confident communicator.
- Fluency in a second language other than English is advantageous (Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese)

负责全球商旅客户的礼宾车预订服务

工作职责:
1. 正确,及时地处理收到的电子邮件/电话来自客户或供应商的预订和更改请求
2. 根据行程的可行性向客户提供建议,检查差异
3. 跟踪缺少的信息以补全每次预订
4. 根据要求提供报价单
5. 根据现有供应链合作运营
6. 适时与UK/APAC/US同事交接
7. 针对实时问题与所有客户保持沟通
8. 及时在系统中记录事故报告
9. 在调度中记录相关说明
10. 与同事,客户和供应商之间建立并维持高效的工作关系
11. 通知销售团队客户帐户进度及出现的问题
12. 作为团队的一部分,做好准备在其他员工不在的情况下分担他们的工作量

试用期:3个月

职位要求:
1. 必须非常注重细节。
2. 具有相关电脑知识,熟悉Microsoft Office套件至关重要。
3. 出色的组织能力和判断优先能力。
4. 在压力下有效工作的能力。
5. 有自信的英语口语表达能力
6. 精通英语以外的第二语言(普通话,广东话或日语)
